Kyle Savage

Kyle Savage is a born and raised Long Island native with a passion, commitment, and love for the Real Estate industry. Upon graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Masters Degree in English Education from Adelphi University in 2015, he immediately founded the award-winning nonprofit theatre company, Shining Studios Organization, Inc. (Port Washington, NY) which has been recognized by Bethpage’s Best of LI’s Best Theatre of 2019.  In 2020, Kyle was awarded the “Adelphi University 30 under 30” award for his exceptional accomplishments professionally and charitably.  From 2017-2019, Kyle traveled to Marbella, Spain for 3 consecutive summers to launch an international theatre arts program called, “Broadway in Marbella,” where he taught entertainment classes to children abraod. 

Kyle has always been and remains to be an active part of his community’s social landscape, having received multiple honors from the Town of North Hempstead for his steadfast commitment to providing arts enrichment, education, and entertainment in Port Washington and the surrounding towns.  Since moving to Long Beach in 2020, Kyle has been honored by Long Beach City Council and Long Beach Martin Luther King Center for his instrumental fundraising efforts and initiatives throughout town.  

In addition to real estate, Kyle owns a private event design and consultation business called “Shine Time Events,” where he works with clients of all scales and budgets on producing high end personal and corporate affairs.  He is also the co-owner and event director of the newly opened Halo Nightclub in Oceanside - Nassau County’s only LGBTQ+ venue serving the queer community and allies.  

In all that Kyle does, he is in the business of people.  His extraordinary intrapersonal skills, larger than life personality, and unparalleled work ethic make Kyle a force in the real estate industry.  Kyle earns the respect and adoration of his clients through impeccable routine communication, easy accessibility, and a personal touch of style and flair.  Not only is he passionate about his craft, but about helping clients bring their vision to life at any and all costs.
