Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Vito’s interest in real estate began when he purchased an oceanfront condo in Long Beach and began a complete renovation. He designed, decorated, and managed the complex project himself. The transformation of his penthouse maximized its market value and revealed the hidden potential in properties. His renovation was featured on HGTV's "Generation Renovation," affirming his eye for quality and detail.
At 17, Vito began creating and leading companies. By 29, he formed one of the largest private internet companies on Long Island and Manhattan, which he later merged into a multi-billion dollar tech firm. With 27 years of entrepreneurial experience, he’s adept at adjusting to varied business environments while focusing on his clients’ needs. Vito's ventures deepened his understanding of client relations, sales, marketing, negotiations, management, and strategic thinking - all critical to the real estate market.
Driven by cultural exchange and adventure, Vito explored over 300 cities in 18 countries, including 40 US states. This granted him a unique appreciation for various cultures with connections around the world.
Currently, Vito splits his time between Long Beach, where he serves as Board President of his condo, and Manhattan's Upper West Side.
